Not sure what you mean.  In what way?  I have been on for a while and did not notice any change.  But then I was not paying any attention either.

I have not been online much but an hour ago I would swear that the helping each other out thread  was above the fishing reports thread.

You are absolutely correct, and I have no idea why. The helping each other out thread was always above the fishing reports thread, til now, LOL.
