Hi All,
I went for a ride with some friends this evening and for grins we started throwing Pearl Storm Shads from Bay Head down to Ortley Beach. The Stripers were all over the place from a few hours before dusk through 9:00PM. We left them biting.
Now that the schoolie fish with some over-wintering (local) cow stripers are being caught, it will soon be time for the spawned out cows chasing the bunker out of the Chesapeake Bay, Delaware and Hudson Rivers to join the party.
Get your BIG top water lures out guys ... this has the making of an awesome run!

Great info Capt Ed. The spring run should be awsome from the reports that have been coming from the Raritan guys. Keep the reports coming guys. All info is valuable.
