Title: sea girt reef 8/8
Post by: sealife on August 09, 2008, 09:42:25 AM
Watched the SmokeII sinking on the reef and then started fluke fishing.  The Smoke took a long while to settle but once the bow dipped she was gone.  Ended the day with 5 keeper fluke, biggest a little over 5 lbs.  Numerous shorts but the drift was hampered by light wind against the tide.  Made it to the ramp just as the skys opened.  Good day overall.

Nice Dave. I would have liked to have seen that. I knew they were sinking it, but wasn't sure of when. I think the date was changed once or twice.

BTW, nice catch.  t^
