got reports from some people up at salmon river, more and more salmon are being caught as the days go by.... some fish landed at DSR, staircase, and joss's hole today... cohos being seen, and enough king's to make me go up there..water level will drop to 350 cfs after 9 tonight, and continue to stay at 350 unless it rains, and it looks like itll be sunny 9 out of the next 10 days up until next tuesday.. cant wait to head up there on friday for 2 nights..then back again oct 3rd.. t^ t^ t^

I didn't see one fish jump in the estury this past weekend. I was thru there 4 times a day since Wednsday. I did see a few guys fishing just north of Rt 3. The guy I know at the cleaning ststion said it's slow. The Coho's just started to come about 5 miles off of the river on Sunday AM. Looks like it's going to be a late season. They were flowing 1200 cfs all weekend, the fish were most off of the plant and the north dunes.

A world record Coho was caught this weekend by a women on her first time Salmon fishing.
