I'm looking for some like-minded individuals that may want to go out Sat. in Point area for some night fishing, I'm thinking stripers? whatever's biting, I don't care. I was thinking just paddling out but if anyone has a spot I'm game.

Welcome Aboard beerbaron,
The guys should be along at different times of the day so be patient. Nice to have you with us.
Make yourself at home and enjoy.
Again Welcome Aboard.
Happy Catching

Hey beerbaron,
Welcome to the site!
Not sure I know where the "Point area" is but this weekend calls for some very strong winds; not the kind I'd want to be paddling in!! Stay in touch though - the fall run is just getting warmed up!
-
Thanks, Yeah I hear it's gonna get windy, maybe I'll just stay in this round and have a few rounds instead.

Hey BB, welcome to NJSF. Great folks here.
I'm going out tomorrow night (Thurs) and stalk some lighted docks where I had some success with schoolies last week. AC area. You're more than welcome to join if you can make it.

Yo!!! the prodigal son has returned!
there you go with the Thursday night @ AC outing! You're starting to become predictable...
One of these nights I gotta get out with the two Daves & catch me some stripers.
'kayak1' - you rigging your own HOGY's?
-
Yo back at ya Chal! Yup, Thurs night is dak time. The only time I regularly get to myself between work and family.
You should definitely get down here some time. I am finally getting the hang of this night fishing. I'm staying out of the channels and the big deep water and going for the skinny stuff and lights. Esp the lights! Also makes for less "spooky" yaking with lots of lights and civilization around you...
