Title: T & A Bait n Tackle

Guys,

 Normal I would give a thumbs up to this tackles shop, but after today's phone call. They have been put on my personal black last. I normally buy most of my terminal tackle( weights, hooks. etc) from his store because he is responsible in price and has a steady full stock of what I want. Now today I call to purchase 4 new reels and want to get a price quote before I drive a 1/2 hour to buy them. We are talking about $500- $650 in a single sale.. His answer is I dont do prices over the phone, my answer your lost on sales cause I spending over $500 dollars in your store,, CLICK!! So He no longer gets my business!! thought you should know the attitude I received..

It depends on who you get there, but there is a real attitude problem.

I live around the corner and would not stop in for a dead kellie because of the tudes >:(
