guys, this is a shameless plug for my future brother-in-law.  he makes an awesome hot sauce(he doesnt look at this site so i dont have to lie).  but last year we put it on some raw and some cooked tuna and it was incredible. anyway, 100% organic grown in his backyard in north jersey and bottled in a restaurant owned by his friend.  check it out. makes a great marinade.

this sauce isnt the hottest but its so flavorful..he is working on a super super hot sauce now though

I LOVE hot sauce...your making my mouth water..lol
