How many of you guys take your tires off the trailer when parking it for the winter? Do you think it is a good thing to do? ???
-
Take them off. It serves two purposes. Keeps the tires out of the sun and keeps the theifs away from towing the trailer. TT^
-
I leave them on. I have seen some people jack them up off the ground. I dont know if anything extends the life of a tire. I would think most trailer tires are probably replaced because of age not wear.

I leave them on :-*

i leave them on, but I do soak them in Armoral which will help prevent cracking.
-
on don't waste your time pulling them .coat them in a good protectant and your fine.Besides someone might buy that thing over the winter and you will have to put them back on in the cold hhppy

selling a boat with a full tank of gas also hurts..

come on your talking about arty here, he isnt selling anything w/ a full tank ,he will be sucking every drop of fuel out before the person drives away and if he didnt get it all he will follow them home to get the rest
