Here are the rates for Gateway Marina in the Highlands, right near the Highlands bridge.

Should give you a baseline for the other marinas prices.

Bobber, I do have alot of property here in Jackson.  There is room and the rate is cheap if your interested in keeping it down this way.

Pop Soul uses rack storage at AP marina in Belmar.

It is very convenient, as long as they put your boat in the water when you call them.

You never have to worry about bottom paint, dock lines, storms, etc. But, as I said, IF they put your boat in when you call all is fine.

The drawback is: if you want to make a quick run down after work, no one there to launch the boat from the rack. You do need to call ahead of time. No 'on the fly' trips late in the day.

Hey Broken One, As Capt. Joe Said I use rack storage. It works for me. The rate at Ap's in Belmar is the same as their slip fees except it is a month shorter. Racking ends the end of Oct. It takes me 45 mins to get to the marina so I call when I leave home the boat is in the water when I get there. In reality it takes them 10 mins to put a boat in the water. The Marina is closed on Mondays so if you want to go out you have to leave them know in advanced and the boat will be in the water same thing for after hours. If you have work to do on the boat they have lower cradles to sit the boats on. Also when you come in from a trip they lift the boat out set it on a cradle and you can wash the boat, and flush the engine. No bottom paint toworry about, I wax the bottom of my boat. Don't have to worry about the boat during storms. Like Capt Joe says the only down side is when you don't plan ahead. I will include the link to my marina's web site any questions send me a PM. From what I have seen slip prices run a bit higher where I am but I am happy with the operation  t^  http://www.apsinletmarina.com/ (http://www.apsinletmarina.com/)
