woke up this morning to see two boats on fire on the news, not sure what kind, but live on tv, fighting the fire, looked pretty intense. hope all are ok

UPDATE....STILL ON FIRE 8:25 AM
-
Fox 5 News's chopper guy referred to North Hudson Fire/Rescue's fire boat as "the poor little fire boat". They were having a rough time getting in postition and getting water on the fire.
Last I saw FDNY was on scene getting ready to flow water.
Only good thing was it's off season and the marina wasn't full, otherwise they would have lost a bunch of boats.

Are the boats in the water or on dry dock?

I was in Jersey City this morning...could see it on the one zoom camera on our building, looked like they were in the water a Marina right next to Lincoln tunnel, did not look good
-
WOW!! That's crazy!
TT^

In the water

One of the boats was owned by A NYC doctor and he was at work. The other boats owner saw his boat catching on fire on the news and ran for his life.

Wow, wow, wow...Not good. I wonder if it was the heater like the story mentioned? Doctor + faulty heater = big tome law suit... :P

We were watching it at the firehouse this morning at shift change and commenting..."can you imagine waking up, turning on the news and realizing that's your boat".
