I actually seen it from 495. Smelled very TOXIC. Glad no one was hurt, boats likre that had to be insured. The NYC Boat Show starts this Saturday at the Javits Center, which is just on the other side of the tunnel. Maybe the owners of these two boats will be there to upgrade to new models.  TT^  <'((((><

By the sounds of it, there are a lot of live aboards at that marina.
