Title: Punta Cana Bound.........
Post by: Last Call on May 18, 2007, 01:13:02 PM: Headed down Saturday, right in the middle of the white marlin run. Hope I have some good reports to post!

Last Call will finally be splashing down next Sunday the 27th. See you all out there soon.....

Post by: Last Call on May 31, 2007, 10:11:13 AM: Well, it was a great week of relaxation. But the fishing was slow. Talked to some guys earlier in the week, reports were not good. Spoke to the Capt. the night before our trip and he said the morning bite had been some what better then the afternoon......so morning it was. Capt told me right off the bat that I was there a week early as they were expecting the full moon to really turn on the marlin. Anyway, pulling 9 lines with two mates working their butts off, and nothing to show for it. So it turned out to be a boat ride. Oh well.
