One and half pounds of lean ground beef
two cans of nibblets corn or the white corn
one gar of fresh garlic
mashed potatoes
2 jars of brown gravy
one bag of mild shredded cheddar
Cook the lean ground beef in a frying pan with the garlic. Prepare the mashed potatoes (make about 10 servings). Once the ground beef is done, mix it with the corn. Spread out evenly in the baking pan. Cover with the entie bag of cheese. Then cover that with the mashed potatoes. Spread evenly. Then cover that with the gravy. Cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for almost an hour. Check it and see.
This is awesome. And if you can get, serve with Irish Soda Bread.
Enjoy!!!! And as always....... It's a Great Day for the Irish!!!!!!!!!
