Had George and Friends Out in the am for a half day fluke trip...
Ocean was Flat calm But good left over heave...Bite was Non existent for us everywhere we tried... Not even shorts...
Started at s.g reef, North and South Axel Carlson as well as between em... Tried as far south as the piers and never had anything that even resemble a fluke... Only 1 Big Bluefish
Capt Allen Reel class was having great action in the river... Even though they were mostly shorts. We decided to retreat for the action vs Nothing...Thanks Pal!!!
Headed in the river and caught shorts from 8-17in everywhere ya stopped But nothing to keep... We did see a Blowfish
The Guys Stayed In good spirit and we played with short Fluke for the rest of the trip...

In the afternoon we had steve and his two young boys out for a 3 hr river trip...Steve Just wanted to get the young ones out On the water and keeping wasnt a big issue We had action with shorts up to 17in... Kids had a great time on the water... Was Nice To see being on the water, a boat and fishing was very exciting for them... Nice See young kids with a rod in there hands!!! Cant wait to take em out again for seabass!!!

Currently we are full or chartered for the rest of Fluke season will be adding some fall Open Boat Bottomfishing dates Between our days chartered soon.

Nothing you can do about the weather! Nice to get the action when the keepers aren't around. Nice job, too, getting the kids on fish ;D.
