Title: Full Contact Bluefishing MI 10/19+ Video
Post by: blynch on October 20, 2013, 10:52:48 PM
We started the morning Saturday looking for some bass. Decent marks north of the inlet only held tiny weaks, and the rocks were dead. So, rather than grind inshore all day and hope for a bass or two, we decided to join the fleet afew miles off and try to scoop up some of the gator blues we have been hearing about. The fishing was far from drop and reel, but we still had some pretty solid action. Here's some GoPro footage I shot... (click on the settings icon in the lower right and set player to 720p for best clarity)

Good job on the video.  t^

BTW the best way to see if a bluefish is really dead is to stick your hand in its mouth. ;D

Thanks for the report.  Great video. t^ I always have a nice long dehooker with me when I am bluefishing.  I have seen many posts on the web where these gigantic bluefish have been breaking rods in half from the strain.  WOW

Tight Lines,

" The content owner has not made this available on mobile"  I guess I have to wait to see the video. I did partake in the action with the fleet  on Saturday as well.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I've been blown away by how well received this video has been on on here and on the "Striper Farm"- at this rate, it will hit 300 views in the first 48 hours. I will definitely be making more in the future, so let me know if you have any suggestions TT^.

As for the mobile issues, I have been through all the settings on YouTube and I can't figure out any way to fix it. May be out of my control. Again, if anybody has any suggestions, I'm all ears!
