(http://)This looks like a juvenile red?? I caught around a dozen in the Manasquan while seining for bait on Gull Island over the summer..

Picture isnt showing up for me, but its very possible. I haven't caught one but I've heard of a lot of them caught this past year.

I think I caught a couple late in the season right outside the inlet. I didn't think of it till after the fact.

Can't see the pic but I would imagine a small croaker/spot/black drum would look similar.  But, with how the last few years have been, who knows...

More redfish caught here in NJ this season than I've ever heard of or seen.
