Took my son (10) on his first party boat trip out of the Highlands. Great day on the water bunker being crashed on , dolphins cruising around , we ended the day with 2 keepers . The kids keeper was 5 1/4 lbs. Hit the ice cream parlor on the way home now hes hooked and ready to go again.

wa Really nice first post and report. It is funny reading about fishing and an ice cream parlor in the same report. cfzd The only thing that was missing for you and your son was a whale putting on a show also.
Where is the pic of your son smiling with that 5 1/4 lb. fluke?
When the sea bass limit goes up again in middle of October, try a bottom fishing trip as there is action all day and he will not be bored.
Now you have to buy him his own rod and reel. LOL

Fantastic. It's great to see the kids evolved in fishing, as well as creating memories that will last a lifetime for both of you. TT^
