Title: Lots of Shorts
Post by: Uncle Luna on August 21, 2014, 08:06:36 AM
Fished out of Bayonne on my Brother In Laws boat yesterday. 3 of us had 50 shorts with 6 keepers. So many 13 to 15 inch fish. Was a lot of fun with only about 5 weeks to go in the season you would figure more keepers. Get out there now while they are biting. TT^

Yea, Lenny. Plenty of shorts to go around. We caught 96 fluke with only 13 of them keeping on one of our trips last week.  :P

Still fun though.  t^

weird, how 2 years ago all the fish were 17.75", then they lower the size to 17.5" last year and somehow all those fish shrink 1/2".

yup, you guessed it, now this year they gained back that 1/2". and still not in my belly....
