Title: Manasquan weeds and sun

im supposed to go out fishing manasquan tomorrow and i was told that the weeds are really heavy during a south wind can anyone confirm this for me and would the sun put the fluke off the bite

yeah, the fish don't like weeds or sun. I'd stay home and watch TV.

caught a  few short fluke and a few snapper blues until the incoming tide forced me to quit and man did i get burned
