Title: Baked Blackfish (Tautog) recipe

BAKED BLACKFISH (TAUTOG)

Preheat over 350* -- 375*

Bake 7-10oz portion Blackfish (skin off) in butter or olive oil for 10-15 minutes

depending on portion size.

Remove from oven and brush with mustard and top with seasoned bread crumbs.

Place under broiler until topping is golden brown.

Serve with butter and a wedge of lemon. chrz

I like to add some chopped white onions and tomato tossed with olive oil,sea salt and pepper under the fillets before baking.
