whatever their science says regarding stock rebuilds I dispute
everyone I know who fluke fishes regularly agrees with my reality-based assessment that the flukin flat out sucked last year, and has seen increasing suckage at least the past 5 years, in lockstep with the ridiculous regs just taking away more and more.
Even the 17-3/4" fish that were so abundant 5 years ago that we had to throwback "for the good of the fishery" are on the decline from my perspective.
