Title: Roosters Flukin 8-30-2018
Post by: Peterooster on August 30, 2018, 06:12:16 PM
HOT!The flies from hell were out in force. Tom and I started this morning down the beach and let the incoming tide take us with it. Many short Fluke in the false channel along with all the Sea Robins you could want, a few Skates and some Snapper Blues. A nice breeze started up on the Knoll as we picked through the short Fluke, Tom landed a 19” Fluke. At noon as Tom started the engine to head in I caught a 20” Fluke. Sea Robin strips worked very well along with Tom`s giant glucose free, non GMO Killies!  Pete

The heat is bad enough , but the flies just add insult to injury .
