Title: Roosters Flukin 6-1
Post by: Peterooster on June 01, 2008, 07:19:56 PM
Tom and I took the Roosters out to our favorite spots on Sandy Hook Bay looking for keeper Fluke today. There were plenty of Sea Robins to be had, as they have been very popular with Tom for his dinner, and we put a serious dent in their population. There were no keeper Fluke for us as they were all shorts, some missed the mark by a ½". It was very windy on the bay giving us a good drift anywhere we went. The bright sunshine made it quite pleasant. Unlike last year at this time there are plenty of Killies for our traps.
