I tried to get to those islands north of LSC one day with three other 'yaks... We were able to get as far as "Story Is." before boat traffic kicked our butts! I think the only thing that saved us was "security in numbers"!! Water really flows through Marshelder Channel so you have to time the trip correctly, 'cause when it's on it's way out, IT IS ON IT'S WAY OUT!! 'yaks become a cork getting sucked right out to the inlet! Thank gawd LSC was there so we could get outta the washing machine and the FREAKIN traffic.
Funny you should mention that "blonde cutie"... I just patted her on the butt this mornin'; her response was "soon big boy, soon...".
