FISHING THE MUDHOLE WRECKS

The deepest wreck i have ever fished was in 80 feet 150 ft iS a whole new deal. Can i get wreck anchor into these wrecks and how much anchor line will i need.

Any tips on fishing these wrecks like The Goulandris would help

you will need 7 X's the depth of the water.

that's a lot of feet

i'm lucky if i can anchor in 10 feet with 2 anchors

i dont know anyone with 1000 feet of rode

I THINK WE'RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT

that is just the rule of thumb. You can get away with less on a calm day.

any of you guys have any experience fishing the mud hole wrecks

I know the party boats are out there all the time

when I go out there, I choose my day carefully where the weather is good and anchoring will be easier.

depends how heavy your anchor is also.....may need some serious chain to get down quick before you drift off the anchor spot
