Getting Closer To Splashdown
« on: April 16, 2009, 07:12:20 PM »
The time is getting closer. Hopefully the IrishAyes will be in the water in two weeks.

Had to have the deck repaired over the winter due to a soft spot in it. The repair came out great.

Today, BobG and I met FishinDude (Darrin) at the boat. I would like to say that Darrin helped me replace my waterpump and thermostats but if I said that, I would be lying as Darrin did most of the work. I can not thank Darrin enough for what he did. What a great guy. t^

I have new electronics to install, the bottom needs a coat of anti-fouling and the boat needs a good scrubbing down. All will be done in time for the striper run.

Here's to a fantastic season for all.  chrz

Darrin, thanks again, I own you some drinks Saturday.  slt

Got it already from Matt of Task Marine. Was cheaper than the West Marine sale price, same paint too.   t^

But I do appreciate the heads up on the sale.   slt

That will be a tuff juggling act, but it will get done.  TT^

I may have to jump from one boat to the other. I just hope I don't have to fishing too much.  ;D
