Nothing like watching your electronics go apeshit exactly when your charter clients arrive.
According to the screen I was somewhere in Nova Scotia..
Yup... my wonderful Humminbird unit couldn't take some rain on Friday and leaked leaving me with nothing but my back-up little GPS to find the fish yesterday.
Not fun but kind of funny anyway. Long story short,it was a bit of a tough day but the guys on board were a riot offering to swim down to the bottom to check the depth & look for the fish.
We managed to find some deep @(80ft) on hardware jigged very close to the bottom and ended up with a couple for the box.
