Fishguts 6/24 Barnegat Wreck trip
« on: June 24, 2009, 05:59:21 PM »
Today I had the guys from STC Sports out for their weekly  seabass charter. Finally with some decent weather we would have  chance to fish a few spots I have not been able to hit yet this season. Other than a few sprinkles of rain and a hard north to south current conditions were great. Plenty of life on all stops and a good keeper ratio of about 4 to 1 made for great action all day. The 3 man charter finished the day with 69  keeper seabass to 3 lbs,3 ling, and an 18" fluke. A great day to spend with some very good fisherman. It looks like this weather will hold for the rest of the week. Time to make the fish sweat.....We will be on them everyday. Good luck to all and catch em up
