How much flounder is to much ?

 Alright so I'm making my flounder right now with my recipe that I posted about a week or so ago. My step dad came up to me , and said you know you shouldnt eat that all the time. I said flounder is one of the top like 5 fish to eat. He said he knows, but its from the water between sandy hook and NYC. Now, is this flounder not so good for you ? Or did he just feel like saying that for no reason ? He did bring up a good point though saying that. Anyone know ?

Of course, if you aren't glowing or able to tell the temperature yet...

Remember they are just advisories and you are always eating at your own risk...no matter what you eat!
