First time out on the park and I took my gf's 22yr old son and some of his buddies. We fished section A-8 and we used Bunker, Squid and Clams and got skunked. I wanted to stay alot longer but the kids wanted to leave and hit the boardwalk tonight, so they did and I am home just got done in the pool, lovely night for a swim.


So for the first time out on the park, I got skunked and I think everyone out there did as well.

Some really nice couple stopped and gave us thier used bait and advice. Go home! lol

Good try! 

The surf reports have not been great the last couple of weeks.  Some bass and blues here and there,  but nothing like the beginning of June.  There has been an increase in fluke the last couple of weeks with a decent amount caught and even some keepers.  Might want to switch over and give them a try next time.

The park is great place. It definetly has it's good and bad days though.
