Had Glenn along with the family aboard for the yearly Bluefish trip... Glenn wanted to get out and spend some quality time with his sons and friends before they go back to college and start their new jobs...
Headed Up to the rocks where we picked some fish sat afternoon on the bandit, as the mud dump was slow the previous day.
Got anchored up and landed 3 fish pretty quickly and lost a few... Managed to pick a few fish but after a while the action died even with all da extra chum ... There was a few jig fish on top so we picked up the anchor and jigged a few...
They were scattered and although you read them good you only got a quick shot at em then had to findem again...
So we put out some trolling rods and would get multiple hookups when we came over them...Da blues were Nice size.
Kept some blues for the guys in the marina.
Nice trip with Great People, fun day ... see ya guys next year!!!
