Didn't find the life in the bay or the channels today, only had a hadfull of fish to start. Decided to take a ride down the beach and fish some rough bottom. Glad we did as Dr. Keith landed his largest so far at 7.9 pounds to take the pool. Had several fish that went 3 to 5 pounds and some sea bass. Shorts, but not hot action on them. No limits, high hook had 3 nice fish and many had none. Still, a nice day on the water even though it was HOT!!!!
Capt.Frank had very good blue fishing last night and is at it again tonight..just made a short move as he only had a pick, and now the bite is on!!! Capt.ron
