Sea Hawk 8/17-18 quick recap
« on: August 19, 2009, 11:49:36 AM »
Monday we had Capt Rob at the helm and he had great action to start with. Good pull of keepers of first part of trip which did turn into a very slow pick in the afternoon. Overall ended the day with around 60 keepers. Some decent sized bluefish also were boated.

Tuesday we headed back out to the same area and again had good action to start with, but quickly shut down to a slow pick. Just over 40 keepers for the boat at the end of the day.

Do you guys mostly stay in the bay?
I was originally planning to do a trip on the Sea Hawk this coming Monday with a friend that lives up that way.
With the storm coming, should we wait till later in the week?
