I use lure tubes in a bag that I turned into a plug bag. I bought a couple different diameter tubes that I cut down to the sizes I needed. Bought extra end caps and put them inside an old Swiss(I think) army surplus messenger bag. I replaced the buttons on the front with velcro for easier access and added metal grommets on the bottom for drainage. The bag is 16 years old and still going strong...I have had to replace some of the tubes, but the bag itself is super heavy duty material so...
I considered and have been looking to replace the bag, but I noticed that the army surplus isn't as cheap as it used to be. If you look around you can find the right size, right material and right price and spend much, MUCH less than buying a commercially made bag that probably won't last as long. You can buy the plastic tubes or even plastic bag trays online for not too much either.
