Im heading down there the week of march 12 for a week with my buddies for my birthday. One of my friends grandma lives down there and we are staying with her. Never fished down there. Any idea on what is "in" right now?

Spoke to my father in law who is down there in Hudson a little north and he went out last week and the kingfish bite was very hot. 

Also the freshwater bass fishing should be getting into full swing down there right about now.

Capt Rod,

I go down to Tampa or the Keys atleast twice a year since family owns houses down there.  I dont know what goes on in florida but I've only seen one captain show up again the next time I went down.  Don't know why that is but his name is Capt Lanny Woodbury.  Desperado Sportfishing Inc.
