I think they were in the process of replacing the boards when the storm hit, so it really messed things up.

I saw a pic elsewhere of someone actually fishing from the boardwalk in Ortley during the storm.

not sure how the hell they are going to clean that up.  It is tons and tons of sand all over the place, including the street across the street.
