Beach Fire Regulations

Anybody know of any beaches you can have a small campfire at?

and does anybody know a place called clifford beach or something like that?>

I think IBSP is probably the only place fires are allowed.
Cliffwood Beach is along Rt 35, south of Lawrence Harbor and north of Keyport.
