Back out for another nice day of Blackfishing... Big Don, Bruce, Canal Chris, John, Lavbob Bill and Gene back for the double header.
Got set up and the tog had the feed bag on right away... All nice size keepers 3- 6 lbs roasters to start...Bit good and a few of the Guys had limits pretty quick... after picking a bunch of Keepers the Big ones came out to play Pounding bite on da White Crabs... John had the first Big tog at 11 lbs 5 oz, Bill 10lbs 10 oz, Don 10lbs 4 oz, Bruce 8lbs 8oz, and we also had quite a few others 5-7lb range...
Continue to catch em until we had a boat limit by a little after 11 oclock and went into release mode for the rest of the day!!!
Tried a quick drop inshore to check out the life was ng so we went back off to the deep and played c&r with Nice Keepers n shorts for the rest of the afternoon... bite turned on good again after lunch time.
Congrats to John with his personal best tog at 11lbs+, Lav Bill had a personal best 10lbs+ and recovered from last trip he had the hot hand with 18 keepers (Only keeping his legal limit) Don had between 15-20 keepers Keeping his legal limit and one over 10lbs... Gene was back for the 2nd day in a row with a limit+ Think everyone else had at least double digit keepers and a few nice ones over 5- 7lbs... Chris aka ratosis, Still seaching for his turkey...
Nice to see a good Chew!!! By days end we caught over 80 Size Blackfish to 11lbs+... Everyone took home a legal limit and threw the rest back for another day!!!
