DO I HAVE TO SHELL OUT ANOTHER $10.00 FOR A DAM KELLIE POT OR A HOLDING PEN FOR LIVE BAIT

Isn't that the truth!  They can't keep them straight, the fishermen can't keep them straight, no one knows what is what !  With all of the changes and the required registry, people are getting paranoid...

Before I go freshwater fishing, I always re-read the Regs to make sure the area I am fishing doesn't have "SPECIAL" ones.  Kind of takes the fun out of "hopping" in the car and going fishing.

The funniest things is the little "cheat sheet" the state has created.  If you only went off of that, you'd be violating 50 other rules !
