I would keep looking. If you like to do your own work on the powerplants, be ready for some torture with the inboards. I work on all of'em and personally love outboards. You really want to check the access to every single thing you gotta replace. Try crawling between a pair of twins to do starters, or manifolds or even a simple bilge pump. Builders should be made to service their own boats. I'm a bit partial to Grady as I worked at 2 of their dealerships. But if you plan on staying for a weekend, I'd go for at least the 30 Marlin. Much bigger cabin than the 25. If you can live with the 25, I'd go with the one Jawz has resolved the issues on.
