my Coast Guard VSC inspector passed this information along to me with a pamphlet and stickers to post around water ways with the number to call to report suspicious activity 877-24WATCH.thought I'd post a link with more info and a video.   Kez  http://www.americaswaterwaywatch.us/

 t^ this is a VERY good one Kez. It all changed after 9/11....you never know what could happen and who is planning a terrorist attack.
