Inspectors taking bribes and letting the oil companies fill in the reports. Anyone see anything wrong with that? These people belong in jail!! Or better yet stuff them in the pipe to stop the leak.
All effort should have been to protect the shoreline.

Saw a report last night that claimed from 2005-2007 inspectors from the Minerals Management Agency allowed BP to write their own inspection reports.  The inspectors would then trace over that hand written report on their own forms and submit them as if they had actually done the inspection. nosmly

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!

This just makes me sick.

I fished down there a few years ago for 3 days. From what I saw the shorelines are all reeds,  grass and mud...once the oil gets in there, I can't see how it could be cleaned out.
