Left Keyport late around 6:20pm with Cashin, Massbaster (Steve) and Scott. We had a half bushel of clams as backup and searched for Bunker. The Vhf said the Bunker were up by the outerbridge so up we went and found none. As I head back into the Triangle we found them with big blues under them. After a half hour of snagging them we had 74 in the bucket.
I motored down to the west of Old Orchard and set the hook on Tuesdays lucky spot. Nothing
Down to Romer shoal we go. Nothing
..We tried Sandy hook too. Nothing
, How about 11a? Nothing
. I bet our secret spot by Union beach will work,,Nothing
..
Few boats were out Friday night, I had plenty of readings but no fish were biting Clams or Bunker, Till next time..
