Outside the hook
« on: June 05, 2010, 06:56:57 PM »
Left the dock armed and ready for FREDDY.
Clams for bass
Squid and killies and strips etc, for fluke.
Once I turned the hook and ran for about 45 min. to 1 hr.The swells and rollers where plenty Big and the wind most definatly helped it along. Up and down and down and up. Anchor up and start working. I hear a strange noise at the Port and Starboard gunnels. :headscra:Yes,its my fishing buddies calling Ralph, Ralph.!!!! 5hrug
I thought they were pulling my leg. No. No. No.Further observation confirms this act. fcp
I must say I felt compeled to join them.
See pods of bunker, we snag and fish but no takers. Make the move inshore, the same . Go back off, plenty of marks and bait: no takers on bait, jigs, troll.I did not have hand granades rofla
Had the pleasure to speak with Rick "Still Running" He was hanging at the dock(smart man)
Switched to Fluke: had action with shorts and salvaged the day with two just at 18 1/2 inches on killies and squid.
Time for dinner, scotch and a cigar.
Good Luck.
