Bass and Fluke Fishing 6/11
« on: June 11, 2010, 04:38:06 PM »
Launched in Keyport marine and set up to fluke in the creek. Caught a small fluke right away.Ben spots bunker breaking and we head over and snag a bunch. Now were loaded w/bass bait,it's time to make a move.Head out to the Knoll.Nothing doing.Caught some of the biggest doggies I've ever seen.Went over to the Bug light and set up for Fluke again.Caught fluke like mad, only no keepers. On the way out to the Knoll,we saw huge schools of bunker,w/blues on them, birds were diving.Large flocks of a couple different kinds of birds.Tight lines everyone.
