Pilot Capt D jr 6-22
« on: June 23, 2010, 12:54:19 PM »
Been out of pocket for the past 2.5 weeks. Seems like a season.  Pushed off at 5 with Don. Struggled in AHM to make 8 pieces in a light chop.  Couldn't get a net on them resorted to snag.  Hour and a half burned.  Headed down the shipping lanes with a dark sky south. Missed the one cell to our NE. Baits out. Two legit runoffs couldn't get tight on. DARKER skies. Pulled the pin within an hour flew home dodging rain and a major thunderhead watching the sky illuminate that musty greenish hue that just spells trouble.  Tied up in record time.  It poured for 5 minutes then passed.  No fish but good to get out.

Till next time

I know about being busy and all.....Glad you got out, and played some "dodge" with the storms and had a safe return.
See you out there. t^

Great effort. It has been tuff getting bunker lately. Been spending a lot of time with little to show for it. Seems like we can get just enough to get by on.

Fluke catching will be here shortly.  t^
