I sent a email to the harbor master at the Atlantic Highlands Marina about their boat ramp. Here is a copy of it.

No, I don’t mind at all receiving your email as I want to find out about any problems and try to correct them as soon as possible.
Last year we purchased a pressure washer and our yard crew tries to clean the algae off the ramp at least every two weeks at low tide however this year the storm we had in March pushed things back a little.
The day of the incident, as they were pulling the vehicle from the water, I had our yard crew pressure wash the ramp to clean it off.
Hopefully we’ll be able to avoid another incident this year.
