Took a trip out of Brigatine in the back bay by the Windmills with the oldest son Michael. We did pretty good I got 5 Fluke plus a small dogfish, while Michael got 6 fluke but of course all throw backs UGH!
. I did get to see a sea gull get hooked and released which was a new one for me. All told 60 fish caught 4 keepers not a good ratio, but it was a great day out with the boy. I tried out circle hooks for the first time and after getting it through my thick head to stop yanking back on the rod and just start realing when you feel the hit they worked as advertised all 12 fish hooked in the jaw which was a big plus. I will post some pics tommorrow when I get them off the camera.
