My friend Steve picked me up at my house at 4:45 am.
First stop DD for Coffee.
Next stop gas station for Fuel.
Once Steve's truck was filled we took the 2 hr ride to the Hampton Bays.
Once we got on Hwy 27 the fog was thick.
We arrived in the Hampton Bays at 7:15 am.
We pulled into the parking lot & right behind Steve's truck is LI Arty & his dog Moto.
We set up at our spot & within 5 minutes Steve is hooked up with the 1st Striper.
I said this is not good.
3 hrs later Steve caught another Bass and that was it.
Since the catching was slow I was tempted to have my first Beer.
LI Arty says Art Moto likes Beer !
As soon as I openned up the can I had a new friend come sit right next to me.I only wish I had a video camera
Moto was in heaven and drinking with the boys
At 2:30 we packed up all our stuff & went for a late lunch & watched the Soccer game.
At 4 pm we were on our way home.
A nice Sat it was !
