Went out with John and Bill to look for some bluefin with the weather not looking so good we gave it a try and it paid off ,we to some regular spots to find no life, kept looking and put the trolling spread in ,started with some bluefish and a very small bluefin took a swing around and hooked up 3 bluefins stayed on the troll for a little wile longer picked at three more tuna so then we got on some great marks and put the jigging rods in and John hooked the first jig fish of the year.we had a total of 6 fish on the jig total for the day was 13 fish up to 35lbs.hot jigs stingos gold or silver or any jig with blue in it.
